You need to arrive and be sat down with us at 0930 for a briefing at the venue.  The briefing will be given by the professional qualified driving instructors.

You will be having one to one training with the instructors throughout the day while you are driving Westfield vehicles - the instructors drive for Westfield, Bentley and Mercedes and are all qualified ARDS instructors.  You will split into the organised teams for the autotest taster -you will remain in these teams throughout the day

10.00am – Intro taster
This will be an intro taster that will allow you to learn control of the vehicle, spin, understand the counter steering and feel the raw power of the car, possible for the advanced drivers some basic drifting maybe incorporated.  There will be one to one tuition.  The last few laps of each will be timed and will count towards the individual prizes

11.00am - Autotesting - What is Autotesting? see below
The main autotest will be run where you will utilise what you have learnt.  This is higher speed and requires deep concentration. All events are timed and there will be a timing board provided - the autotest will be advanced driving using tight driving control and use elements learnt in the taster development earlier in the day to navigate through donuts, tight corners and shorter swept corners - the recorded times will count towards the team prizes

½ day Experience Departs

1300 - LUNCH

1400 - Drifting
The main drifting area will teach people how to control the car in a drift manoeuvre, utilising figures of eight and long swept corners.  The drifting is the ultimate in sideways action and there will be a lot of tyre squealing and smoke (we were drifting at the motorshow)  The main point of the drifting is to teach you the ultimate driving experience and requires deep concentration on the steering and throttle control - no brakes or hand brakes are used for the drifting

1500 - Hot Rides - Racer Experience - What is Hot Riding? see below
Each person will experience the awesome power of the new Westfield AeroRace, driven by a professional driver the car will launch you round the fast track in seconds, drifting where possible at 110mph. You will certainly be smiling when you get out of the car!
