WESTFIELD PART NO: 4633025

DESCRIPTION:

Full FIA specification roll cage. To suit wide bodied Westfields.
Includes all fittings, nuts, bolts and washers. 2-3 weeks lead time.

FW roll bar covers are not included and will need to be purchased separately. The part number for these is 1290020

Material used:PTG700/T45 vs CDS Material Specifications:T45 (High Tensile Carbon Manganese Steel) & PTG700 has a tensile strength between 700M/mm2-900N/mm2, whereas CDS (Cold Drawn Seamless Carbon Steel) has tensile strength of approximately 480N/mm2.The minimum yield strength (when metal starts to deform) of T45 & PTG700 (620N/mm2) is almost double that of CDS.

DESCRIPTION:

Wide track front wishbone kit 3rd generation.

Lighter widetrack kit, using new style light weight ball joints, a development filter down from the Sport Turbo ST3 Westfield.

The full set of wishbones is 1 kg lighter than the standard Westfield widetrack

Kit Includes:

2 top and 2 bottom powder coated +50mm wide track wishbones 3rd generation
2 camber adjusters for top wishbones
4 top hat bushes for aluminium uprights to fit new style ball joints 2 upper 2 lower
2 top ball joints and nuts 3rd generation
2 lower ball joints and retaining clips 3rd generation
All nuts bolts and washers to fit the kit to your car.

You will also require

8 suspension bushes (4313001)

2 longer brake hoses. (sei rear brake hoses required 2311007)2 Wide track front springs (3702093)

NOTES.

This kit is only suitable for cars with Westfield aluminium front uprights, to enable the ball joint sleeves to be replaced with the new version supplied in the kit. (This operation will require the use of a hydraulic press) this process can be can be carried out by Westfield if required for a small fee.

*Using this new widetrack kit, you will require 2 rear dampers to use on the front of the car, as shock extensions cannot be used on this widetrack kit***If you have existing standard track anti roll bar - This will not fit this application, replacement widetrack anti roll bar 3713148**

Suitable for classic and FW body styles.
Supplied with all nuts bolts and washers, all parts needed to fit the bar to your car.

Meeting MSA requirements. will suit LHD and RHD cars also suitable for trackdays, hillclimb, sprint and racing. please check the regulations for your individual championship.

Height, 485mm from roll bar mounting plates on your chassis.

Brake Master Cylinder - 20mm Large Bore - M8 Threaded Rod

Suitable for all current Westfield vehicles, Special Edition FW or ZK, Mega S2000 and Mazda applications. Not suitable for LHD XI, Sport 250 or ST models.

If you have an early Westfield model and it has floor mounted pedal this master cylinder is suitable.

*** We DO NOT have a replacement seal kit for this master cylinder***

***Will not fit as a replacement for the Cortina master cylinder - mounting holes are in a different position. Cortina had horizontal mounting holes, our master cylinder has vertical mounting holes***
