Zetec black top throttle body kit

When using the standard ford plenum chamber with Westfield Omex 600 ecu, convert to throttle bodies with this kit, including re flash cd for the Omex 600.

Takes the power of the car from the standard 150bhp to just over 170bhp, with headroom for more tuning later on such as cams and cylinder head work

Plus every thing needed to fit this kit to your car with no hidden costs or extras needed, you will need to retain the original injectors from the ford plenum to use in the throttle body kit.

Once fitted, the car will run and can be used with no problems, but to get the full benefit of the system, Westfield recommend a rolling road session to fully optimise the ecu set up and the throttle bodies will require balancing.

Lead times of 6 to 8 weeks as the kits are hand assembled and built to order

Full FIA specification roll cage. To suit wide bodied Westfields.
Includes all fittings, nuts, bolts and washers. 2-3 weeks lead time.

FW roll bar covers are not included and will need to be purchased separately. The part number for these is 1290020

Material used:PTG700/T45 vs CDS Material Specifications:T45 (High Tensile Carbon Manganese Steel) & PTG700 has a tensile strength between 700M/mm2-900N/mm2, whereas CDS (Cold Drawn Seamless Carbon Steel) has tensile strength of approximately 480N/mm2.The minimum yield strength (when metal starts to deform) of T45 & PTG700 (620N/mm2) is almost double that of CDS.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Please note all bodywork orders are made to order due to the various colour options available. The lead time can vary from time to time so please bear this in mind when ordering. Some body panels can be very large in size, and we cannot ship them without getting wooden crates made specifically for the panel, with this in mind we would strongly advise collection but if this is not possible, please email us and we can try and obtain some shipping options for you. Please also bear in mind that in recent years there has been big changes in the laws and contents of GRP making it difficult to guarantee 100% colour matches, we will supply panels in the closest match we possibly can.

The part is held on to the roll cage with velcro, so can be used with windscreens or aeroscreens, the rear mountings can be fitted various ways so leave this for customer to choose and order relevant fittings.
